Dr. Le – Dentistry is a wonderful profession because it allows me to change people’s lives in a positive way. It is very satisfying to wake up everyday and know that I will make a difference in someone’s life, whether I am giving a patient back a smile they have lost or helping to alleviate a patient’s discomfort. I am very thankful for the wonderful relationships I have built with my patients over the years and I hope to make Crystal Creek Dental your dental home. Originally from San Antonio, TX, I now reside in Allen with my wife, Helena, and our three children, Braylen, Brianna, and Brennan. I love spending time with my family, and when I have free time you can find me in the kitchen cooking or backyard bbqing.

Dr. Paul Choi attended The University of Washington in Seattle and graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry. He went on to attend Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Dr. Choi has received extensive training in complex procedures, including wisdom tooth removal, root canal treatment, implant placement, and conscious oral sedation.

Dr. Zajac is a dedicated dentist with over 35 years of experience providing comprehensive dental care to his patients. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston and the University of Texas, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. He is a committed member of the American Dental Association, reflecting his passion for maintaining the highest standards in the field of dentistry.

Dr. Zajac has a particular interest in dental implants and cosmetic dentistry, continually expanding his knowledge to stay at the forefront of advancements in these areas.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Zajac enjoys playing golf, watching baseball, and exploring programs on the History Channel. He is also the proud father of two grown children, Nicholas and Brittany.

Dr. Matti started his professional journey in Dentistry in Dallas since 2014 as a dental assistant. Dr. Matti then moved to Utah for his dental education and received his dental degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. He then moved back to Dallas to start his professional career.

Dr. Matti highest priority is to provide his patients with high quality treatment. He believes that learning is a lifelong process and continues to grow his skills and knowledge. He has participated in extensive continuing education programs. And did countless volunteering hours to help those in need and with difficulty access to dental care.
